Independent Host Program

We offer an option for you to rent your home to offset your ownership costs. Qualified buyers may apply for a rental permit on an eligible home. 

With this program:

• Rental permits are valid August 1st - July 31st annually

• Permits are issued once a year in August 1st for the upcoming winter season

• Homes need to be paid for in full or have 50% investment into the home to be considered for the rental program

• Home must meet quality standards and pass rental ready inspection

• Small monthly community impact fee will apply for approved rental homes
