How home ownership works at Arizona Oasis

• You own your home!

• You lease the land your home is on, so you don’t have to pay property taxes.

• You can access our resort amenities including the pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, and riverfront.

• Your tiny home will have minimal yard work and other upkeep!
